Clear expectations across conduct, communication, academics, attendance, grooming, property, movement, and digital behaviour.

General Conduct

  • Maintain good behaviour, courtesy, and respect towards teachers, staff, fellow students, and visitors.
  • Practice polite language and respectful communication at all times.
  • Misconduct, bullying, violence, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Uphold the dignity and reputation of the institution through your conduct.

Communication Policy

  • English is encouraged as the primary medium of communication on campus.
  • Improve spoken English skills through regular practice.
  • Maintain respectful and positive communication at all times.

Academic Discipline

  • Attend classes regularly and punctually.
  • Complete homework, assignments, projects, and classwork on time.
  • Participate actively in classroom activities.
  • Bring the required books, notebooks, and learning materials every day.

Attendance & Leave

  • Maintain regular attendance throughout the academic year.
  • Leave applications must be submitted by parents whenever a student is absent.
  • Medical leave should be supported with a valid medical certificate.
  • Extended absence without explanation may be subject to school regulations regarding re-admission.

Grooming & Uniform

  • Maintain proper personal hygiene, neat hair, and trimmed fingernails.
  • Wearing the prescribed school uniform is compulsory on all working days and functions.
  • Uniforms must be clean, neatly ironed, and properly maintained.
  • Improper uniform may result in disciplinary action.

Prohibited Items

  • Mobile phones, smart watches, and electronic gadgets.
  • Jewellery, valuable ornaments, and expensive accessories.
  • Any item that may disturb the academic environment.
  • Prohibited items found may be confiscated and returned only to parents or guardians.

  • Respect and protect school property at all times.
  • Damage to classrooms, furniture, laboratory equipment, or library resources is strictly prohibited.
  • Intentional damage is subject to disciplinary action and compensation.

Movement & Parent Guidelines

  • Remain in classrooms during instructional hours unless permitted by a teacher.
  • Do not leave the premises during school hours without prior approval.
  • Parents should communicate through scheduled meetings and official channels.
  • Parents are encouraged to attend Parent-Teacher Meetings regularly.
